BINDING TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT

Platinum Aviation – VIP Airport Services (Ben Gurion Airport)

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

By confirming, approving, or paying for any service provided by Platinum Aviation, you (the “Client”) expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all terms outlined herein.


1. Binding Agreement

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Client and Platinum Aviation.

No physical signature is required.

Acceptance is established upon any of the following:

  • Payment of the service (full or partial)

  • Written confirmation via email or messaging platforms (including WhatsApp)

  • Submission of passport details and/or payment method

Such acceptance shall have the same legal effect as a signed contract.


2. Strict Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted only if made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Any cancellation within 48 hours of the service is strictly non-refundable, without exception.

This policy applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to:

  • Flight changes

  • Personal circumstances

  • Travel disruptions

No exceptions will be granted under any circumstances.


3. No Show – Full Charge

Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point and time will be classified as a No Show.

In such cases:

  • The service will be considered fully delivered

  • The full service fee will be charged and retained

  • No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be provided


4. Client Responsibility

The Client bears full and sole responsibility for:

  • Arriving on time to the agreed meeting point

  • Holding valid travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.)

  • Complying with all airport, airline, and governmental regulations

Platinum Aviation shall bear no responsibility for:

  • Denied boarding

  • Denied entry or exit

  • Passport control issues

  • Security restrictions

No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.


5. Service Limitations & No Guarantee Clause

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • VIP, Meet & Greet, and Fast-Track services are facilitation services only

  • Platinum Aviation does not control airport operations

Therefore:

  • No guaranteed processing times are provided

  • No guarantee of queue bypassing is provided

  • No guarantee of priority access is provided

All services are performed on a best-effort basis only.


6. Authority & Control Disclaimer

All services are subject exclusively to the authority of:

  • Israel Airports Authority (IAA)

  • Airport Security Authorities

  • Governmental and aviation regulatory bodies

These authorities may at any time:

  • Deny access

  • Delay passengers

  • Change procedures

  • Suspend services entirely

Such actions are final, non-negotiable, and outside the control of Platinum Aviation.


7. Service Provider Disclosure

Services are delivered in cooperation with Laufer Aviation-GHI, an official licensed ground handling and VIP services provider at Ben Gurion Airport.

The Client acknowledges that:

  • Services are subject to Laufer’s operational capabilities

  • All services remain under airport authority jurisdiction

  • Neither Platinum Aviation nor Laufer may override airport or security decisions


8. Operational Changes & Force Majeure

Platinum Aviation shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from:

  • Security decisions

  • Government actions

  • Airport operational changes

  • Force majeure events (including strikes, weather, war, or emergencies)

In such cases:

  • Services may be modified, delayed, or canceled

  • No refunds or compensation shall be due


9. Last-Minute Booking Clause

Bookings made within 24 hours of service:

  • Are subject to a mandatory 35% late booking fee

  • Are not guaranteed

  • May be subject to reduced service quality or availability

The Client accepts these limitations without claim.


10. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Platinum Aviation shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Missed flights

  • Delays

  • Emotional distress

  • Financial loss

The Client expressly waives any claim, demand, or legal action against the company.


11. No Refund Policy – Service Execution

Once the service has commenced or staff has been assigned:

  • The service is considered rendered in full

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances


12. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.

No verbal statements, prior agreements, or representations shall override these terms.


13. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.


Final Acknowledgment

By proceeding with payment or confirmation, the Client:

  • Confirms full understanding of all terms

  • Accepts all conditions without limitation

  • Waives any right to dispute charges based on service expectations
